Ethics & Compliance Associate

Job Summary

LRN’s Ethics and Compliance Advisory Team supports our partners (clients) in building values-based ethics and compliance (E&C) programs that become a source of cultural power for their organizations. Your role would be to support the continued growth of our global business, with a particular focus on the enhancement and efficient delivery of our products and services (e.g., codes of conduct, policy work, E&C program evaluations, and organizational behavior assessments). A successful candidate has a passion for our mission, is energized by working in a small team, and is both highly collaborative and self-directed. You will join a vibrant and tightly knit team in which colleagues lean in and support each other.

 

Specific responsibilities may include:

  • Collaborating with E&C knowledge leaders, enlistment (sales) and engagement (account management) colleagues, and LRN’s partners in the planning, management, and execution of projects;
  • Contributing to the identification of opportunities to enhance and support LRN’s enlistment (sales) efforts;
  • Collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing existing data as the foundation for internal databases and thought leadership efforts;
  • Conducting research and analysis to support the enhancement of existing tools and resources - as well as the creation of new ones - in order to promote continued innovation and growth in this part of our business; and
  • Creating, updating, enhancing, and maintaining E&C advisory platforms and tools to help the team operate more efficiently.

 

The ideal candidate possesses a combination of some of the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Sound critical thinking and critical reasoning skills
  • Superbly organized and in possession of strict attention to detail
  • Experience with project management
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Comfortable presenting to senior-level executives
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement and work with minimal supervision once oriented to the work
  • Excellent people skills – communicating, teaming, collaborating
  • 2-4 years in the Ethics and Compliance field (desired)
  • 2-4 years in positions demonstrating required skills
  • Client-facing experience (desired)
  • BA/BS required
