You will join a team within LRN’s Advisory Services focused on metrics, analytics and insights. We conduct a number of different culture assessments as part of the culture transformation work we deliver to our clients. These may include surveys, interviews, and/or focus groups. Expect to spend the bulk of your time project managing complex engagements, generating smart insights, and producing powerful deliverables. Parallel activities will entail being contributing to the design of empirical research to support our thought leadership efforts, helping with the design of new assessment tools, and supporting marketing efforts with case studies and other ad-hoc content. You’ll join a vibrant and tightly knit team on which colleagues support and mentor each other.
