LRN is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

You will:

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Perform analysis and reporting to inform effectiveness of messaging, events and campaigns on the product pipeline, customer engagement and retention
  • Create and execute targeted sales support efforts
  • Assist sales team with data entry of lead lists, estimates, proposals, and RFP responses


You will possess the following:

  • 3-5 years in digital marketing and branding
  • Experience with a CRM email integration system (i.e. Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua)
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Business to business experience required
  • BA/BS Degree required
